INTRO TO NOSEWORK WORKSHOPS

I’m excited to be able to offer these fun, informative training workshops for pet dog owners who want discover the fun and awesome benefits of introducing ‘nose exercise’ to your dog’s daily routine.

It’s open to dogs of any age, breed, size and capabilities – you’d be surprised at what your dog can do with their nose! It’s a great option for days where the weather isn’t dog-friendly or for keeping injured dogs busy too – you can do nosework anywhere!

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

In this workshop I’ll introduce you to some of the different nosework ‘games’ you can play with your dog both indoors and outdoors.

We will cover an introduction to the following which you can integrate in your daily walks, or even replace the walk altogether!

• Article Retrieve - finding an object and bringing it back to you

• Object Search - finding a specific object / smell and telling you where it is via indication

• Tracking - following a ‘scent trail’ to find a person e.g. Hide and seek
